Summary: I picked this location primarily for its immediate proximity to Whitworth University and the posted property pictures. Everything was just as described or better. It's practically a brand new townhouse duplex in a decent, quiet neighborhood on the north end of Spokane. Laurie was informative and very easy to communicate with. We didn't have any issue while onsite. The furnishings are very comfortable, linens are cozy. We slept well and had plenty of hot water for showers. Everyone wanted to shower under the master bath rain style shower head. The kitchen appliances are brand new and easy to use. It has the typical kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware. I will likely bring additional items that I prefer to cook and bake with when I rent here again. I'm picky so take that comment with a grain of salt. They provide a few fun family games that we played while there for the long weekend. The garage is single car wide best for non-full size vehicles. You could fit an SUV in there but it would be extremely tight. I highly recommend this location for stays of any length.
