Welcome to luxury living! This 3000 square foot home in Upper Manhattan features 3 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms, a private rooftop, pool and gym amenity access and a fully stocked kitchen. The home is perfect for larger families and corporate retreats. Additionally, the space is great for private events and intimate dinners. I am very particular about who I rent to so when you inquire about the house, please tell me a little about yourself. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited.
This 2.5 floor, elevator installed, newly renovated Brownstone, located on a tree lined street in Manhattan, has been meticulously designed, furnished and decorated with pieces from DWR, Crate & Barrel, Ligne Roset and other high end furniture designers. No detail has been overlooked.

You'll find my well appointed and fully stocked Chef's kitchen to be perfect for cooking at home. Full size Stainless Steel appliances and everything you need to cook a feast if you so desire! You are welcome to it
On this floor, the 1st Bedroom is an ABSOLUTE MASTER KING SUITE - Huge room, furnished with a Luxurious super comfortable King bed and an Extra Large Ensuite Bath with custom closet.

On this floor you now have 2 Bedrooms.
2nd Bedroom is another MASTER KING SUITE with two queen beds - Huge room, furnished with a Luxurious super comfortable King bed and an Extra Large Ensuite Bath with custom closet.
Down the hall and up a few steps into the loft space sits another bedroom with two queen beds. Spacious closet. Crip/ Pack and Play are available upon request.
The home will be 100% yours during your stay. Myself or an assistant will be available for the entirety of your stay and can be quickly contacted via verb or phone.

Feel free to drive in, however, be ready to drive around looking for street parking. Parking Permits can be purchased through your host for the building private lot next door.
