Family room has a 55 inch flat screen and the master bedroom has a 42 inch flat screen. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet and a garden tub. The 3rd bed room has two double beds. The home is pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. There is nice patio with a table and chairs. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with neighbors who like to walk their dogs and run. There is a neighborhood pool that is 3 blocks away. Summary: I stayed at this home with 3 other girls for a 2 month period for an internship we all had in Charlotte. The home couldn't have been in a better location (about an 8 minute commute to Uptown and 10-15 minutes to other popular, large shopping locations). The house is very well kept and was more than enough room for all 4 of us, even with guests. The appliances are all up to date and the home is very well decorated. We enjoyed plenty of our dinners at the outdoor seating with the table in the backyard. The garage was a nice addition seeing that we had 4 cars with us during our stay. The neighbors were kind and low volume. Jack was such a great host and easy to reach out to if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home or having Jack as a host at his other locations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Charlotte this summer and much of it has to do with the choice to stay at this home!
