Summary: Fantastic views, private, fun dock. Kitchen is great and large enough to cook great meals. Master suite is incredibly large and luxurious- front family room with full water view is fantastic. Outdoor eating space was used every night for waterfront eating- a real gathering place! The hot tub wasn’t something we were looking for in a rental but it turned out to be one of the best features! Fenced in back yard for our dogs was clutch. Central air was perfect! One idea- the basement river room would be amazing and a real asset if there was a queen or king bed. Real opportunity there. Really well appointed home all around.
