Enjoy the changing of the tides and abundant sounds of nature from one of two decks: relax on the deck on theback lawn, or the sunny master deck. Beautifully renovated and designed, this property features a private master bedroom suite with a private deck, two bedrooms, and a full bath on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor is open space for additional sleeping space. Second to last house at the end of a lovely dead end street.
All you need in one place yet it is onemile to the white sandy beach in Pine Point's Hurd Park and 4 miles to Old Orchard Beaches.

Summary: This house has an outstanding view and is located just out of Portland (15 min) and also has beaches (10 min). We inquired about the kayaks, and two arrived almost immediately. We visited the beach, brewery, and went for an oyster cruise. All I would rate highly. Scarbough is a lovely, quaint town with local ice cream and even a fry house. Everything was great, and Dad got massive brownie points for the selection.
