Fabulous main channel view from this top floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Minutes away by car or water from shopping, dining and entertainment. Our guests will enjoy a spectacular view of Margaritaville's fireworks display over Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Holidays. This condo is perfect for two families with over 1200sqft and vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private master bath while the main level guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and is adjacent to the full guest bath. The loft is furnished with one queen bed and twin bunk beds which is perfect for the kids. All bedrooms and family room have ceiling fans and Hulu TV. Updates include brand new HVAC unit and leather living room sofa in 2022. Brand new stainless Kitchen Appliances have been installed May 2022. Soak up the sun at the outdoor pool while the kids enjoy the kiddy pool (Open Seasonally from Mid May thru Mid September). There is a 10 x 24 covered boat slip as well as PWC slips, available for additional charge. Gas docks, boat and PWC rentals are all available in this same cove.
