Inside you will find a "not your average beach" gourmet kitchen with brand new appliances, and an open concept living area, three distinct bedrooms, 2 1/2 new bathrooms, laundry room, and dining room. Fully equipped chef's kitchen and dining amenities. Perfect for entertaining.
Outdoor areas are equipped with a newly renovated pool, modern outdoor shower, relaxing screened in patio and a sundeck for peaceful sunbathing. Gas and charcoal grills along with lounge chairs completes the space. Two bikes are available to cruise the area.
The home is smart lock accessible and also uses a Nest system for temperature control. Access the Sonos speaker system through wifi. A wireless printer can be found in the pantry closet.

Summary: Host was very responsive to my questions. We were a family of grandparents, adult children and an 18 month old. We were very comfortable in the house, which had a portacrib (although we did rent a full size crib) and high chair. We cooked, barbecued (just make sure there is a full tank). Nice pool and chaise lounges and screened in area.
