As you enter the house through the amazing three-season porch with a vaulted ceiling and massive stone wood-burning fireplace, the daily grind will quickly become a distant memory. With the breathtaking lake view and comfortable furniture on the porch, you won't want to even bother venturing into the house, but you should. The cabin is the perfect combination of cozy and functional with upper and lower sitting rooms for your family to spread out and enjoy your vacation.
The main floor living area features an open floor plan with another massive stone Gas fireplace, a large open and well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining area that seats twelve and million-dollar lake views from everywhere. A front deck on the main level allows for easy access to the lake and is the perfect place to soak up the summer sun. The main floor also has a large master suite with a king-size bed and large bathroom with a tile shower and Jacuzzi tub and an additional main floor half bath.
Heading up the stairs from the main areas is a loft bedroom with another large private bath and two queen beds. The loft has a wall of large windows looking through the great room and features that allow you to wake to a sweeping view of the lake and also has a door that allows the loft to be closed for privacy.
The walkout lower level of this home provides another large gas fireplace, a family room with comfortable furniture along with all of your entertainment needs with board games, puzzles, DVD player, and electronic dartboard. and more lake views through the large sliding patio doors. The lower level also has a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds. The cabin has a bathroom and laundry room in the lower level. Walk through the large sliding patio doors from the lower level onto the large patio deck equipped with comfortable lounge furniture as well as an additional dining set to enjoy the lake views.
The lakefront yard features a cedar patio and fire pit and is the perfect place to congregate and roast marshmallows while taking in the incredible sunset. With an Eagle's nest in the trees on the yard's perimeter, watch as the eagles soar overhead as they hunt for food and feed their young. With flagstone paths to the lakefront only steps away, this cabin includes a private pier where you can dock your boat or fish from it in the crystal clear water of Lac Courte Oreilles. Lac Courte Oreilles is a 5,000-acre lake with miles of shoreline to explore and excellent fishing and boating opportunities.
