Spend your mornings sipping coffee from the dedicated coffee bar out on the front deck, or relaxing in the sunroom. The entire first floor is equipped with tons of huge windows and top-down blinds so you can enjoy the natural light and your own privacy.
Our fully-modernized kitchen was designed and stocked with serious chefs in mind. Use our gas stove, butcher block, stainless steel and cast iron pots and pans, high-quality knives, utensils, and dishes to cook a meal for the whole family. The kitchen also comes stocked with a rice cooker, immersion blender, two food processors, pressure cooker, whirly pop, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, and french press. The pantry is stocked with all the spices and cooking basics you'll need, plus a few extra snacks to get you started.
We have the perfect setup for digital nomads. Get some work done in the office, equipped with an automated sit-stand desk with an optional under-desk treadmill to get those extra steps in. The office also features dual monitors with attachments for a macbook, and a printer.
The main floor living room is set up for comfort and human connection, but, when it's time to just chill out, retreat to the cozy couch in the den on the lower floor. Watch a movie on the 65" TV (Apple TV w/Netflix provided) or play a game on the PS4.
Not in the mood for tv? Read a book or play a board game from our collection (over 100 books and 15 games provided), or spend an afternoon playing the provided guitar and ukulele.
End the day with a hot bath in the deep soaking tub in the master bathroom or take a shower in the additional bathroom (our water pressure is very high, and the water gets as hot you'll want it!).
Both the master bedroom and additional bedroom feature high quality mattresses and linens as well as blackout blinds. And if you prefer a cold bedroom (in addition to quiet and dark), the Nest-controlled A/C can easily get both rooms to the perfect temperature.
The home has a large finished attic, perfect as a storage area or play area for pets and kids, and the large backyard provides plenty of space for privacy and activities. The backyard is fully fenced in back, and it connect to the front yard via the driveway-side of the house.
The house is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, and it's a short drive to just about anywhere you'll want to go. It's 10 minutes or less to most downtown bars and restaurants, and, since we're on the West side of Denver, getting out to the mountains is quick and easy.
We don't allow smoking, but we are pet friendly. Dogs and cats welcome!
