Spectacular river views greet you when entering the stylish open plan formal living, dining and kitchen areas all opening with bi-fold doors to your furnished covered balcony with Weber BBQ, the perfect spot to watch the stunning sunsets, alfresco dining or just watch the boats go by.
Main bedroom with river views, double vanity ensuite bathroom, two further bedrooms and main bathroom are located at the of the hallway plus a separate informal TV room.
And for your comfort there is fully ducted air conditioning (both heating and cooling) throughout plus ceiling fans as well as free Wifi.
In a small boutique complex of 4 offering lift, security building has intercom pedestrian and vehicle access, single lockup garage (small vehicle) plus a shared swimming pool
2 Queen, 2 Single beds or the beds in the 2nd & 3rd Bedroom can be both queen beds or 4 single beds (must book prior if all queen beds are required)
2 Bathrooms: 1 with bath (shower over bath)

Summary: Very impressed with the property overall and the location and amenity. The only negatives were the small garage and the foxtel box is very outdated so can't watch the cricket in 4K! Would highly recommend the property though.
