Other things to note:
*********ABSOLUTELY, NO SMOKING ON PREMISES! Persons who smoke, permit smoking or otherwise cause the odor of smoking inside of the A-frame or if cigarette butts are found in any area on the premises, you will be assessed a SMOKE ELIMINATION FEE OF $425 at or following check-out!
-PLEASE NOTE: THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING (most Tahoe homes do not have air conditioning, as the summer season is mild).
- No pets allowed. No exceptions!
- No candles.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings including, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or weddings on the premises.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book. A photo ID may be required upon check-in.
- Additional fees and taxes may apply.
- Please observe quiet hours beginning at 10 PM, per the noise ordinance of South Lake Tahoe. Noise violations are subject to fines by El Dorado County.
- NOTE: No more than 6 guests allowed, including day guests. If the max occupancy is exceeded, guests are subject to a $500 fee per day.
- NOTE: Our A-Frame features 2 exterior security cameras. A front doorbell camera and rear camera of the deck. Both are actively recording video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
- NOTE: The gas BBQ grill, outdoor couches and outdoor dining table are seasonal features of this property and are removed from the premises on November 1st, during heavy snow months. The patio furniture will be back for your enjoyment early Spring, as weather permits.
- NOTE: Driveways holds 2 vehicles.
- NOTE: Our A-Frame is not to be used for photo / video shoots without approval by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees.

CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning (e.g. bedding and laundry turn over, surfaces, floors, etc.). Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excessive mess.
WINTER SNOW SEASON: During the winter snow season, our neighborhood, Christmas Valley can see a large snow accumulation. We recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles. We have a driveway snowplow service that comes every snowfall (of 5 inches or more) to clear the driveway. We provide shovels for your use. When heavy snow permits, the front deck is not completely cleared and only pathway access is maintained. There is no street parking allowed during the winter, as Cal-Trans keeps the streets clear on their own time frame. There is no schedule as to when they clear the roads. Also, during your stay, please be aware if the snowplow arrives to clear the driveway, please move your vehicles, so the snow removal can be done properly on the driveway. Thank you for your understanding.
We are not responsible for Lake Tahoe weather changes. This includes delays leading up to your check-in and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy still stands.
