Brand new for 2019 is this 4 bedroom villa at the prestigious La Manga Club resort.
The villa is located at The Las Atalayas II resort, next to Los Lomas village, the following facilities a very short walk away:

•'Luigi's' Italian restaurant
•'La Pergola' French Restaurant
•La Manga Club Spa, pool and gym
•'Dharma' Indian Restaurant
There is a bus from Los Lomas to the rest of the resort and hotel, or you can walk to the hotel in approx 20 mins. The bus also goes to 'La Cala', La Manga Club's private beach and restaurant. The stunning beaches of La Manga are a 10 minute drive away.
The Villa features three king bedrooms and one single bedroom with bunkbeds to sleep 8 people. 150Mb high speed Wifi is included.
Living Area:
The open plan living area features two large glazed patio doors to the terrace, stunning double height windows and a mezzanine balcony. There is a living area with sofas and a 49" Smart 4K TV. The dining area features a large dining table that can seat 8/10 people.
Kitchen:
The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for your holiday. Including hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, & Nespresso machine. The kitchen has plenty of prep space and has a glazed door to the terrace and BBQ area.
Terrace:
The villa features a large terrace with excellent views of the mountains. The terrace features a plunge pool, BBQ and plenty of seating. Furniture includes an outdoor dining table that seats 8, a sofa set that seats 5 and two sun loungers. The pool measures 3.5m X 3.2m not including the stepped area.
Master Bedroom:
The 3rd floor master bedroom has a private balcony with stunning views of the mountains and the resort. The balcony has a small set of table and chairs, perfect to enjoy the views with your morning coffee. The master bedroom is an En Suite which features a shower, twin sink, WC, bidet and jacuzzi bath. The Master Bedroom has a large in built wardrobe. (The second wardrobe is a locked owners cupboard).
Single Bedroom:
The 3rd floor single room has a Juliet balcony offering the same amazing view as the master bedroom and features a full size bunk bed that sleeps two and large in built wardrobes.
King Bedrooms:
The two 2nd floor King bedrooms are next to the family bathroom, which features a shower, sink and WC. There is also a separate bathroom with a WC and sink. One of the King bedrooms also has a small terrace with stairs to the master terrace and pool. Both King bedrooms feature large in built wardrobes.
Garage:
The villa features a large garage and on street parking for one car immediately outside the garage. There is access to the garage from the villa, perfect for bringing in your shopping or loading up the car for the beach!

•Ben linens and towels are included, please bring your own beach towels
•The BBQ can be used but please clean afterwards, gas can be exchanged at the La Manga Club petrol station.
•The nearest place to buy Nespresso coffee capsules is in El Corte Inglis in Cartagena, you may find it easier to bring your own. Compatible capsules are available at the local supermarkets.
