Negative: This apartment seems like one of the cases in which the place was designed to be well photographed on acount of the most basic functions. The bathroom door cannot be closed to the fullest (not to say locked), so you basically can here everything, and I mean everything. It can also open up while you're in the shower. The shower was awful although well designed: water coming out everywhere (we had to use all of our towels to wipe the floor after every shower), water draining was awful, and hot water stopped all the time while in The shower so you had to wait for hot water to start again. Also, we could here the neighbours across the wall. We had to turn on the tv so we won't hear them. Moving on, the building was being renovated from the outside so it looked accordingly: the entrance was messy and hard to walk through, no lights in the corridor and stairs and above all- although view was promissed, we got to watch a deserted crumbling house. In conclusion, I feel like maybe if all of this information would have been presented in advance, I could have make a different choice.
