Studio - great value for short stays | Apartment in Cairns

G'day ........ unless you have a habit of just visiting internet sites to read random 'stuff' .... you're obviously here looking for accommodation in Cairns in a Studio .... well it just so happens we have a few of those available (well available most of the time .... Christmas / New Year, Easter and peak season (June to September) .... not so much (so book early for those periods).
Grosvenor in Cairns is a Holiday and Corporate Short term apartment complex. Studios are ideal for thise looking for hotel type accommodation for just a few days. Studio's come equipred with a bar fridge, TV, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, glasses a microwave .... but NO kitchen or cooking facilities. There is a Queen Bed in the Studio and there is enought room to also accommodate a cot. If your looking to stay more than 2 or 3 nights then you may very well be more comfortable in one of our fully self contained 1 bedroom apartments.

These 4 Star standard Studios are large, very clean and ultra comfortable. There is a queen sized bed, FREE Foxtel (Cable) TV with 10 channels (including 3 x Movie Channels and 3 x Foxsports Channels with Cricket and other sports) plus all the free to air digital channels, DVD player, temperature controlled air-conditioning. Wireless Internet access is available in all Studios FREE of charge. A mid week service (full linen change & make beds, vacuum and mop) is provided for guests staying longer than 7 nights.
One of the facilities of our complex which you will love is the Solar Heated Pool with its own water feature and SPA. The pool area also has a Free BBQ and plenty of outdoor furniture as well as shower and toilet facilities.
We provide underground parking (up to 2.1 height) for our guests who have a motor vehicle and we have security access to the building after 7.00 pm. Parking is also available on site for vehicles with a height greater than 2.1 meters.
There is a computer located in the reception foyer which guests can use to access the internet for free (if you don't have your own device).
We have a full Tour desk with information on all day tours available in Cairns and our experienced local staff can give you free advice on what the various tours offer and can also make any bookings you require at 'no cost to you'. We have put together a number of tours packages comprising the tours which, from experience, are the types of tours most guests wish to undertake, however the needs of every guest differs and if you provide us with more detail regarding the types of tours you would like to do we will put together an individual tour package that meets just your needs. There are tours that involve, white water rafting, hot air ballooning, horse riding, bungijumping, 4 wheel drive coach tours to the Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation area, Reef tours that include an introductory scuba dive, helicopter or light plane scenic flights or the slower paced tours thorough the tablelands taking in various waterfalls and rainforest attractions.
Please note - We do not charge any booking fee or admin. charge for booking your tours. The tour cost is the same as charged by the tour operator. Depending on which tour you wish to undertake we may be able to organise additional tour price reductions by booking 2nd or 3rd tours with the same tour operator which generally provides a 5% to 10% price reduction on the second or 3rd tours.
Cruising Car Rentals is located 200 metres from Grosvenor in Cairns. We can arrange a hire car for you from as little as $55 per day for a hire period of between 1 and 3 days. A budget 2 door vehicle would cost from $55 per day or an economy 4 door vehicle would cost from $65 per day, or a medium sized vehicle would cost from $75 per day. Hire costs include insurance and unlimited kilometres. The standard insurance excess is $1,750 but for an extra payment of $15 per day the excess is reduced to $385.
Grosvenor in Cairns is located on the corner of Grove Street and McLeod Street, just outside the CBD, away from the night time noise but close enough to be within walking distance to the city center (a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive). A very good Indian Restaurant, Tandoori Nights (Lunch & Dinner) is located immediately next door, a fabulous Italian Restaurant, Little Ricardos (Dinner) is only 200 meters away and the famous 'Cock&Bull' English style pub/tavern is located just 250 metres along Grove Street. Very close by (within 250 metres) are takeaway food shops (2 pizza shops, a kebab shop, a Chinese takeaway shop, a fish and chip shop), a brand new Sushi Train store, a cosy little Indian restaurant/take away, an 18 hour convenience store (6 am to midnight) as well as an IGA supermarket (open 24 hours), a Liquor-Land store, a bakery and a delicatessen. It is only a 20 minutes walk to Cairns Central or 10 minutes to the Esplanade on Trinity Inlet. The local public bus service runs from 6 am until after midnight each day and there is a bus stop located within 100 meters of Grosvenor in Cairns.
