Positive: Truly excellent location (250 meters from the Cathedral), in a truly beautiful part of the city; apartment in a historic building; well-equipped kitchen and bathroom; convenient parking 50 meters away.
Negative: The bed is a bit small (French size) and not very comfortable, placed in a niche in the apartment; there is no real wardrobe for clothes.
