Magnificent villa at the top of the hill overlooking the authentic little fishing port of Faros with a panoramic view of the islands of Paros, Anti Paros, Sikinos, Folegandros, Polyegos and Milos.
From the house you can admire the Chrissopigi monastery bordered by the sea which slightly detaches from the island.
The house is built entirely of stone and merges into nature.
The main building consists of a spacious entrance where it is good to rest in the shade, a large living room, dining room, open fitted kitchen with central island, laundry room and storage with bathroom and toilet.
A bedroom in the form of a parental suite, with dressing room, office and bathroom with separate WC.
The entrance leads to the main building and on the other side to a patio which distributes 4 other independent bedrooms.
The 4 bedrooms each have a bathroom, WC and dressing room.
All rooms in the house have their private terraces overlooking the sea.
A sixth bedroom below the swimming pool, built from an old sheepfold with Cycladic simplicity, can be transformed into a dormitory for 4 people. This room is served by the bathroom located in the entrance.
In front of the living room on the south side and towards the most beautiful view towards the sea and the monastery of "Panagia Chryssopigi", a large shaded terrace allows you to contemplate the view.
A few steps down the rest area is completed by the swimming pool and its large terrace which surrounds it.
The garden composed of aromatic Mediterranean plants, lavender, rosemary, olive trees and cypress trees surround the house, the patio, the terraces complete the landscape which is typically Cycladic with the brightness and the big blue which is essential.
