The secluded beach is steps away from the house and it's less than 1 min walk (the vrbo automated distance showing "3 min walk to the beach" is incorrect). Private community. It is amazing what this location offers and it is so close to NYC. Upside down house layout allows everyone to enjoy the water views and sunset. Two kayaks to glide the calm waters on Peconic Bay steps down from the house. Swimming is a bliss.
Atlantic beaches 7 miles away. Short drive to North Fork (orchards, vineyards, wine testing, farms produce) or South Fork with dunes and all that East End life offers.

Absolutely no parties allowed in this quiet neighborhood.

Summary: Happy to say that this was my family’s second stay at this lovely property. We enjoyed our stay last summer so much that we extended our rental to four weeks this visit. Property is exactly as depicted in pics. Pristine. Comfortable. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great water views and beautiful sunsets. Serene location. Lucky for us Hurricane Henri moved further out East not impacting our stay. Hosts Tanya & Ivan pleasant and readily available and responsive to any questions/ concerns. Thank you both for offering your home as a vacation rental to my family once again this year. Highly recommend this property.
