Welcome to Visby House, a modern Scandinavian home in North End Charlotte! This home is full of modern amenities and is great for vacationers & business travelers. Located just 10 mins to uptown and 5 minutes to the heart of NoDa, this property offers a great location close to plenty of restaurants, breweries and activities!
We hold our home to a high standard and aim to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you may want or need for an outstanding stay. We have an in-unit washer & dryer, hair dryers, coffee maker, full kitchen set up and a pool table all provided for your convenience and enjoyment!
- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.
Access is via a door code that will be provided prior to arrival. You will have the entire home.

The property is directly across from a beautiful park that offers tennis, basketball, disc-golf, walking trails and much more! All delivery services are available like post mates , grub hub and uber eats. We recommend taking a short ride to the award winning NoDa brewery!
Easy drive or Uber/ Lyft to Noda or Plaza Midwood. It is about 15 mins with traffic to the heart of uptown. Around 30 mins to get to the White Water center which has numerous fun outdoor activities.
