The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private en-suite, and a walk-in wardrobe for added convenience. Bedroom 2 has a king single bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 each offer cozy queen-sized beds. Bedroom 5 has another king single, and bedroom 6 boasts two double beds, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to unwind comfortably.

* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property).
* Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
* Parking is available on the driveway in front of the carport or 2 a free parking spaces in the carport. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.
* To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. The host reserves the right of final interpretation.
