A true holiday retreat for all the family - spacious, stylish and very comfortable and just seconds to the beach. Surrounded by water this retreat has a serene lagoon at the rear as well as beach access via a track just across the lane. House to beach just 30 seconds! Luxury Escape on Coral has everything you could desire for a truly relaxing experience. Enjoy the glorious sun-drenched and very private holiday space with cafes, fine dining and casual fish n chips a short stroll away.
Luxury Escape on Coral has space for all. The floor-to-ceiling bifold doors open to a huge travertine outdoor terrace with BBQ, sun lounges and grassy lawn overlooking the lagoon teaming with bird life.
Every guest will be luxuriously accommodated with ensuite for the master, second bedroom and studio, allowing for a great space for kids/teenagers.
With high quality finishes and décor throughout, Luxury Escape on Coral is a real entertainer's delight, featuring a five-star gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers, two ovens and a dining area that seats 12.
Upstairs the private master suite has a queen bed, lounge area, huge ensuite with double vanities, air-conditioning and a walk-in-robe. All other bedrooms are located downstairs with Bedroom 2 containing a queen bed with ensuite. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and sliding doors to the front yard. Bedroom 4 has two single beds, and the separate studio, located off the terrace, has two single beds, a trundle bed and ensuite.
Spacious open plan living with flat screen TV, DVD, Bose surround sound, chromecast will keep all the family happy while on holiday.
This property is perfect all year round with the fireplace, huge oversized comfortable lounge and amazing sunsets over the lagoon. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living and master bedroom as well as ceiling fans and heaters throughout.
Other features include a bath in main bathroom, full laundry and free off-street parking. All bed and bath linen is included with your stay all you need to bring are your beach towels.
Just a 10 minute drive to Umina and Ettalong - markets, cinemas, ferry services, supermarkets, and restaurants or walk to Patonga through the beautiful national park to the famous Boathouse at Patonga. That's if you want to leave the golden sands of beautiful Pearl Beach just moments away.

Summary: Beautiful property backing onto a gorgoeus pond. All the creature comforts you would hope for and so much more. Plenty of supplies for a larger group - kitchen equipment, wine glasses, two dishwashers, games, plenty of pillows and rugs. Simply gorgoeus! The only possible improvement - rain cover over the entire outdoor table setting.
