This amazing two story townhome is located one block from all of the best restaurants and shopping on the island! Across the street you will find St Simons Park and the local pickle ball and tennis courts. Park your car in one of two private spaces and enjoy all the island has to offer on foot or via the bike trails that run throughout the island.
This townhome is the end unit of six and is very private! On the first floor enjoy a spacious living room, galley kitchen, half bath and a large outdoor patio nestles among the beautiful live oak trees.
The second floor has two bedrooms. Both are large rooms with plenty of closet space. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The couch on the first floor also has a gel mattress queen pull out bed. All linens, towels and toiletries are provided.
This location can't be beat and the unit has been completely updated! You will love the charm this unit and island has to offer!

Summary: The property and location were great. The condo was only a 5-10 minute walk from everything in the pier area, and a short drive to the rest of the island. The condo was exactly as described and worked well for us. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you to the owners for making this condo available..
