This immaculately presented property is located in a nice rural location with only a short stroll to the beach.
On the upper level you will find the kitchen, dining and lounge room complete with fireplace to keep you warm on those cold winter nights and a split system to keep you cool during the summer. With lovely bay views, why not enjoy them on the lovely large deck while taking in the sun and entertaining family/friends with a bbq.
Located on the lower level are 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has its own ensuite with corner spa bath and all have queen beds with the third bedroom also having a set of bunks. Also located on this level is the main bathroom, laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a separate toilet.
This property sleeps a total of 8 people perfect for track events, family holidays or weekend getaways and has plenty of parking with a double carport and extra parking in the long driveway.
