It is in the perfect location nestled in the quiet Dollar Hill 2 community and less then a 5 minute drive to downtown Tahoe City where you will find a Safeway, CVS, and many restaurants and shops. Just 15 minutes to Palisades, Northstar, & Homewood ski resorts!
The space
Location, location, location! Dollar Hill 2 is equally distanced from Palisades and Northstar Resorts, biking distance to beach and 5 minutes from downtown Tahoe City dining and shopping. Safeway is only 2 miles away.
This 4-level condo townhome offers plenty of space for the whole family! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Enjoy lounging in the spacious great room and cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen. The balcony overlooks the heated outdoor pool (summer-only), shared club-house with saunas (check COVID policies) and hot tub. Pets allowed, maximum 2 well behaved dogs.
