You will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to three spacious bedrooms and an additional queen-size sleeper sofa in the lower level living room. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a Smart TV to watch your favorite shows, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin-size beds and a Smart TV. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
If you’re traveling with little ones feel free to use the pack n’ play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware!

There are three FULL bathrooms. The first one is located in the hallway near the second bedroom. The second bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. The third bathroom is located on the lower level and is attached to the third bedroom. All bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).
--KITCHEN--
After taking in the sights all day, channel your inner chef in the fully loaded kitchen with everything you’ll need for whipping up tasty meals. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster, a blender, and a dishwasher. If you’re traveling with young ones, there are kids' plates, bowls, and cups available for use in addition to a high chair.
Morning coffee is made easy with a full coffee bar. Step outside on the back deck and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature.

Guests have access to the entire property, as well as the backyard, which has a fence that separates it from the neighboring duplex (also our short-term rental). Guests also have access to two garages for vehicle or bike storage, and the pool.
The Neighborhood:
Located within a couple of miles of everything you might want to see and do in Bentonville, our neighborhood is situated in the heart of our town. Crystal Bridges, Park Springs Trailhead, the Historic Downtown Square, and Coler Mountain Biking Preserve are all within a 2.5 mile radius. Not to mention, being a stone's throw from a Walmart Neighborhood Market is convenient for grocery shopping for your day.
Getting Around:
Bike trails, bike lanes, and sidewalks are all nearby for easy travel on two wheels. Also have free parking for 2 vehicles. Uber and Lyft operate in our area, as well.
