Summary: The location of this property is perfect, especially if you are traveling with children. The pools are right in front of the unit as well as the beach. The owner responded to every message promptly. The resort in general is beautiful. The unit is walking distance from the Wydham Rio Mar Hotel. There you can enjoy the restaurants, casino, live music. As a constructive criticism, the owner should highlight these. Perhaps with a binder within the unit that explains all the amenities that you as a guest can enjoy. The condo is spacious, however, dated and lacking in cleanness. Overall, good experience! actual resort has. Also, the unit is datelacking
