Are you looking for a little bit of country and a little bit of city? Morning Star Ranch will check all the boxes. Vacation in the beautiful Tennessee countryside at a real working farm, located just outside of Nashville. Go fishing in the stocked pond. Use the row boat and/ or paddle boat available. Have Horses? We welcome you to bring your horses to stay and ride on the property (signed liability waiver required). There are several trails on the 110 acres of the property. Take in the beautiful rolling hill views where cattle and llamas roam. Feel free to pick wild mushrooms and berries, while taking in the local wildlife of deer and turkeys. This space is perfect for larger groups (13 guests), within 25 miles of Nashville.
Enjoy the 15-ft heated swim spa or the large refreshing heated in-ground pool with slide. You will find great views from the home and can even see fireworks from downtown Nashville on the 4th of July from the wrap around deck. On chilly nights, stay beside the fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large 72 inch flat screen. The home has an traditional farm house decor with great attention to detail. The kitchen is a chefs dream and stocked with everything you need. Outside by the pool you will find a BBQ grill and several tables to enjoy a meal by the pool and a fire pit to keep you warm. There are also 2 great screened in porches to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon sweet tea.
Weddings and events are allowed for an additional fee depending on number of guests. Plenty of parking for cars and service trucks.
In the main house, there is a primary bedroom with a king bed, a TV and en-suite bathroom bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and a bathroom as well. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with pull out trundle (3 twins) and hall bath.
In the cabana, there is a king bed downstairs with 1 double bed and 1 twin upstairs. Coffee and mini fridge station with microwave in the cabana as well. The cabana has one and a half bathrooms.
The location of the home is approximately 25 miles from the Nashville honky-tonks, antiques and restaurants and sports arenas. Pleasant View shopping 5 minutes and Honey Suckle Farm is 10 minutes away.
