Beautiful brick home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-85. 3 separate living areas (den on main level, living room on lower level and screened in porch - tons of space for families to spread out!) Lower level has a gorgeous kitchen, hardwood floors, fireplace, open dining and living room and french doors that open onto a fantastic screened in porch perfect for entertaining with lake views. Main level has master bedroom that overlooks the lake and backyard with it's own bathroom, a den & one guest bedroom. The upper level has 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 full bath. Unlike many properties on Hartwell, there's a gentle sloped, paved pathway to the single slip, covered dock with jet ski port, extremely easy access. Swim platform on dock with wide, low profile stairs makes it easy to get in and out of the water. 2 kayaks available for use that can be fished from. Power outlets on dock and lights. Beautiful, park-like landscaping surrounds the home. Fire pit overlooks the lake with large, adirondack chairs to relax in, and take in the views. Ample parking with circular driveway and parking pad.
We're located in a small, quiet cove just off the main channel and a short boat ride from Harbor Light Marina and Tilly's Tiki Bar. Fantastic fishing and water sports or just relax and float right off the dock. Bring your own boat or rent one, Rock Springs boat launch is located only 5 minutes from the house.
