When you're not out exploring Colorado, you'll find plenty of room at the house including two living areas, each with ample sofa seating, huge smart TVs, plus a secondary family room on the lower level that will be the group’s favorite game area! On the main entry-level, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, formal dining room, plus there's plenty of space in the living room to congregate or enjoy a Netflix-and-chill family night. This level also features the primary bedroom with a queen bed and private ensuite .75 bath. There are also 2 other bedrooms with queen mattresses and a second full bathroom on this level.
Hang out in the lower level living space, which offers the additional living area with smart TV & gaming space that’s perfect for the kiddos or family game night. This space also includes a desk and office chair perfect for the worker bee in your group. You’ll also find 1 more bedroom with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom that’s shared with the living area, in addition to a laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer.

Our home is located within a few blocks of several parks and just 20 minutes from plenty of entertainment. Just 10 minutes to Olde Town Arvada, you can catch the light rail to Union Station in 20 minutes, and spend the day at some great breweries and restaurants.
The Apex Center is about a 10-minute drive (fee applies for non-residents; please check hours and restrictions) and is complete with an indoor pool and play area, 2 ice skating rinks, and is right next door to the Arvada Skatepark.
It's the perfect location between Denver and Boulder, just 15 minutes to I-70 to get to the mountains, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and all the great spots Colorado has to offer.
