This spacious tri-level townhome is located near North Village Lake. It is close to the golf course, restaurants and more. This property has very attractive landscaping, a 2-car garage and a deck with a great view of the lake and mountains in the distance. The home features a tongue-and-groove wood cathedral ceiling with a loft overlooking the living/dining area. The lovely oak dining table seats 6.
It has a large master bedroom on the main level with a queen-size bed, closet and master bath. There are two more bedrooms on the second level, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. There is a very nice, well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. For the outdoor cooking enthusiast, a Weber BBQ Grill is also available for use.
The house has a TV in the living room with cable, a DVD player, and wireless internet.
You also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for a small fee. This facility provides a weight and exercise machine room, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, racquetball and basketball courts. Ask us for details.
