Our vacation rental home offers 2500 sq ft of living space with upgraded finishes, cooks kitchen with plenty of storage and all appliances, fully fenced backyard with gas BBQ, large outdoor dining area and ample space in the outdoor lounging area with an outdoor gas fire table. You'll also find ample parking, theater room, spacious master bedroom with full ensuite with walk in closet and laundry, washer dryer on top floor and bottom floor.
Only a 10 minute walk to amenities and beautiful Skaha Lake Beach.
Beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 office/bedroom home sleeps up to 6 very comfortably (up to 8 easily with extra queen sofa beds). 3 full bathrooms for guests convenience with hot water on demand. Top floor is all master bedroom with king bed and private en-suite. Main floor bedroom with queen bed, spacious basement bedroom with queen bed. You’ll also find a private office on the main floor which works great to catch up if work requires and doubles as a bedroom with a comfy queen sofa bed. In the basement you’ll find another queen sofa bed in the flex media room next door to the home theater. Enjoy the game on 75” of 4K HD viewing from comfy reclining theater seating with surround sound! Stream your days activities onto the big screen or just unwind to a movie after a long day.
Enjoy Spring and Fall wine touring. Partake in many summer festivals, boating, beaching and golfing while winter has a short 35 minutes drive to Apex Resort.
