Come enjoy our vacation rental! All new in 2017. We're in a great neighborhood - close to Duluth's Spirit Mountain skiing & biking, the retail district, and lots of things to do and see! The apartment has a large living room, huge deck, full kitchen, full bath, and two separate bedrooms.
This is the upper unit in the building. As such, this isn't an appropriate space for anyone with little kids that run around - as it would detract from the experience for the guests below.
This is a fantastic space in a safe neighborhood that is close to everything. Everything is renovated and in great condition in this apartment, vacation space.
It is an upper unit (with stairs). As such, it's not handicapped accessible.
You have access to the entire rental apartment - living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, closet, and outdoor deck.
Our plowing service will clear the driveway if there is more than 2 inches of snow. You will be alerted prior to this happening and be asked to move your vehicle to the road during this time. In the case of extreme snowstorms, there may be delays. Our city street may not get plowed as fast. A snow shovel is provided for you to do any necessary shoveling from your door to your vehicle.

Summary: Cute place! I liked that it was right off the highway, but you don’t feel like you are off the highway. The neighborhood was very quiet and secluded. Communication with the host was great! The only slight disappointment we had was the state of the deck and there was no patio furniture other than a picnic table. The reason we chose this place was to sit outside in the evenings. Even with that though, I would stay again!
