Perfect for entertaining, the property sits on 5 acres with a level, sandy beach, 300 feet of shoreline, 150 feet of swimming, and two docks on Lake Belle Taine. We are 1/4 mile from the Heartland trail, 3 miles to Dorest, and to Nevis. Enjoy an array of amenities, including a Weber propane three-burner grill, outdoor patio tables seating 20, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, a pedal boat, and life jackets for 10. The outdoor entertainment continues with a campfire area with chairs for over 20 people, 2 sets of cornhole boards, several outdoor games, and a kid's shed full of beach toys.
This house was made with families in mind!
We also offer weekly pontoon rentals for $250/day.
