* A laundry room with a large washer and dryer
* Five comfortable beds with Casper mattresses and pillows - perfect for peaceful sleep
* Three full bathrooms and one half bathroom - the master bath has a luxurious rain shower and separate soaking tub
* A desk in the master bedroom with a plug and play monitor (HDMI port needed) to make working on the road comfortable
* A large back patio with a picnic table, swing chair, lounge furniture and a Weber grill
* Fully fenced yard and driveway

Summary: +Convenient location - less than a mile to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and highways. +Big rooms - king beds, bunk beds, a crib, and a “grandma’s suite” off the kitchen (away from the family bedrooms). +Nice kitchen - well stocked, gas range, big refrigerator. +Big garage - holds 2 cars. -Porch furniture is a bit “long on the tooth. -Access - off a narrow alley, with a gate that requires careful maneuvering. -Recently repainted. Owner confirmed that the family room, pictured as a paneled room, had recently been painted. Odor was overwhelming. Hope they’ve had a chance to air it the house!! -
