Your family can unwind & relax in this lovely coastal home. Just a 200m walk from popular Dalmeny Beach inlet, IGA, cafe & takeaways, this spacious and charming home offers the perfect family getaway. With two living areas, ocean & mountain views, you'll enjoy modern comforts and room to relax. The massive deck is perfect for outdoor dining with table & BBQ. It has Netflix, a laundry, a wash area and ample parking. Plus, it's close to new mountain biking trails for adventure-loving families! Upstairs has a huge wrap around deck with outdoor dining (seating for 6-8), BBQ, and seating options to enjoy a book or your morning coffee. The living & dining areas are both large and flow out on to the deck. The kitchen is well equipped, with a small breakfast bar & stools, as well as a sunny breakfast nook looking over the front garden and porch. Kitchen has all the pots, pans & crockery you’ll need, basic herbs, spices, salt pepper & oil. We leave a little treat or two out for your arrival too! The main bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite, reading chair, large mirror & hair dryer. The other two rooms upstairs feature built in wardrobes, one has a triple bunk (single upper, double lower) and the other a queen bed. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix subscription, plus all apps for stations set up (ABC,7,9,10,SBS), plus two lounges sitting 3 & 2. There’s a little reading or card table in there too. Head downstairs and there’s another lounge retreat with 2x 2 seater couches and another TV set up the same as upstairs. There’s a computer desk, bookshelf with holiday reading for all ages plus board games. Downstairs & upstairs have A/C as well as fans throughout (main bedroom too) The laundry has iron & ironing board, clothes rack, washing machine & dryer, mop & vacuum for little spills. Outside there’s a clothes hoist in the garden - which occasionally has a friendly wallaby! (Don’t approach though!) There’s a toilet downstairs, separate toilet upstairs and bathroom with bath and shower upstairs. The house has an old charm, freshly renovated with modern touches and new appliances.
