Positive: I think you'd be hared pushed to find anything else in the area at this price point with off road parking and as much space. Checking in was really easy via a lockbox and we were able to leave the car there before the 3PM check in time. It's a lovely quiet area and fairly near shops and transport links. It's pretty well appointed with two basement bedrooms, a large lounge with a single bed. Kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.

Negative: It's definitely a little rough round the edges and in need of some updating/fixing in places. One of the bedroom doors doesn't close. It is humid with a little mould - there was a dehumidifier which we needed to run most of the time. The lounge is under a glass block ceiling to street level so you can see people above. Not the best sleeping space if you need dark/privacy. It could do with a rug in the lounge as its a very cold, hard tile floor (a little tricky with two small children)

Summary: Affordable and met lots of our needs. Could do with a little TLC in places.
