This spacious 900 sq ft suite is modern, clean and in a quiet, established neighborhood. It is fully furnished, has a separate entrance, is very private, self contained and occupies the entire lower portion of our home.
The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, and includes coffee, tea and other basics and has everything to cook a wonderful meal.
The living room has a comfy sectional, TV, cable TV, books and puzzles. There is also a gas fireplace which is perfect for those chilly nights.
The one bedroom features a queen size bed with a sumptuous memory foam mattress. You will wake up to views of the Grand Canyon. There are extra blankets and pillows in the closet. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The bathroom features a deep soaker tub with shampoo, conditioner, soap and bubble bath under the sink.
Please note, the driveway is not flat and has a bit of an incline, so for those with mobility issues, this is something to consider.
We are a 5 minute walk to Starbucks, Save On Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, Sushi and liquor store.
We are a 1 minute drive off Hwy 1.
