Positive: The location of the flat.
Negative: The cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch and on giving feedback to the company we didn’t get any response. It’s also far too noisy as the communal door is right next to the front door and people come and go all night. Also there’s no microwave which seems a bit silly but being GF I always pack home cooked frozen meals and I couldn’t use them lol
