Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entering the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs may be purchased. $25 fee for a lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned on check out.
