This large, detached three double bedroom property, with beach access just yards away, makes an ideal base to explore this beautiful seaside town. Deal boasts numerous award-winning eateries and one of the countries most independent high streets. Godwyn House provides all the comforts of a modern home and spacious accommodation, plus a relaxing hot tub, while guests explore this picturesque town and beach. Private, off road, parking (free electric charging available).
The space
Our home has private off road parking available for up to three cars (free electric charging if required) on the premises, plus ample free, on road parking.
First floor:
Guests access the house by the brick built porch/boot-room, available for shoe and coat storage.
There is a dining area seating six set off a spacious, well equipped kitchen. Through double doors, you enter the spacious lounge area with large corner sofa and 65 inch TV with Sky (including Sky Sports).
From the lounge you can access the sunroom, with a further table and seating for six, and the peaceful, secluded walled garden, with further large table for alfresco dining or to while away the evenings enjoying the sea-air. The garden is south facing and a real sun trap.
This floor also has a WC and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes horse.
We have also recently added a hot tub to the property, which has been well received and makes a wonderful addition to any relaxing getaway.
Second floor:
The upstairs comprises of a large family bathroom with corner bath and separate shower, two sizable double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and the expansive master bedroom suite with super king size bed, en-suite shower room and balcony views.
There is a post office/corner shop selling most basic essentials just a couple of minutes walk from our house. The house is in a quiet residential area of Deal, ideal for those wanting a relaxing break.
