If you encounter pests, please notify us promptly and we will do our best to reduce them whenever possible which may also include coordination with the resort AOAO. Encounters with these tropical critters, whether inside or outside the home, do not constitute a breach of our agreement and do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments.
Neighbors - The surrounding areas may not always be quiet or free from activity such as construction, traffic, or other guests.
