Grill, games, or walk to golf courses or enjoy the bike trails just around the corner. Offers LOTS of extra amenities! This home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and is approximately a 15–16-minute drive to Englewood Beach and 20 minutes to Stump Pass, Manasota Key and Boca Beaches!
This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home beautifully decorated with coastal accents throughout! It has all the amenities and accessories you could think of for a relaxing and fun vacation! In the backyard you'll find entertainment & outside dinning under the covered lanai! Relax in the SPA that flows into the walk-in HEATED pool! Even an outdoor pool shower! Enjoy your own private & scenic water-front view of the Rotonda West canal!
The home has a split floor plan with a master suite on one side and a queen room and bunk room on the other. It has two separate living rooms, both that offer sleeper-sofas that pull out and convert to cushioned queen-size beds! The kitchen is fully stocked & equipped with everything to cook a full meal, including coffee pots, cooking essentials, and several small appliances from a rice cooker to a professional waffle maker!
Service animals that meet the Americans with Disabilities Act definition are allowed. Emotional support animals do NOT meet this definition and would therefore be a violation of the pet policy. Guests stating that they have an animal that meets the ADA definition of a service animal will be required to inform hosts of the services the animal provides prior to arrival and provide adequate information.
Pets are NOT allowed. A $250 minimum fee will be assessed for violating this policy.

Guest can access the entire inside and outside lanai area of our home except for the bunk room closet which is keyed for our privacy. No parking in the garage and no opening in the overhead garage door; access the garage from side door or house door.

The pool heat is included in the nightly stay! PLEASE NOTE: SPA heat is $20 per day (4 hour max). Guest must message host at least 1 hour prior to use to pay for the Spa heat via message. Once paid, host will schedule the SPA heat accordingly.
Host requires previous positive reviews to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all parties involved. Inquiries sent to host with no trips may ask to provide positive feedback from previous hosts or even on another rental channels.
