Tranquillity, Relaxation, Exquisite sea views are the essence of the newly renovated Southwinds Beach House, a three bedroom, beach front property that site directly on the tropical white sands of Gibbs Beach. Hosts 3500 ft² of spacious living, great for friends and family. It has been tastefully decorated and features cool tropical colors.
The open plan Living room with comfy sofas, study and a well-appointed, modern, brand new kitchen with all the comforts of home sits in the center of the house. The spacious living room patio doors open onto a covered dining terrace, perfect for casual dining with a view or just relaxing with a favorite book.
The deck is the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sunset, while sipping cocktails or a glass of wine. This property is the epitome of barefoot luxury, with drinks in your hand, toes in the sand, it is the ideal location to relax and enjoy a hassle free vacation. There is also a Bbq Grill, beach chairs, sun loungers and a garden shower. There is a gate opening directly onto the white sands of Gibbs Beach and house is designed to offer a unique atmosphere.
The TV room just outside the Master bedroom provides comfortable indoor lounging and relaxing in front of the large flat-screen TV.
All three bedrooms come equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, ample closets and has it's own little charming patio with sea view.
