Situated on the top floor for added privacy and potential views, this unit features a unique open loft-style primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The main level offers a comfortable guest bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom. Relax in the spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests. Prepare delicious meals in the full kitchen and enjoy dining together in the dining area. Step out onto the screened lanai with comfortable seating. This elevator-serviced building offers on-site amenities including a heated pool and BBQ grills. A convenient pay laundry room is located on the ground level. While resort amenities are not included, the stunning Captiva beaches are just a short, easy walk away. Plus, with our partnership with VayKLife, beach gear is included! Explore the charming shops and restaurants in the nearby Captiva Village. A 2-night minimum stay is required. Your perfect Captiva escape awaits!

This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.
