This gorgeous 3 bedroom / 3 full bath home is a gem in the heart of the
sought after Travis Heights neighborhood. Just a few blocks walk from South
Congress, anything and everything you might need is right at your
fingertips. Perfect for a family vacation, a festival weekend or longer
term stay, the house has an open concept living room, open to both the
kitchen and dining area. The downstairs also features a full bathroom, a
large office with a regularly serviced upright piano, a separate laundry
room, as well as a large coat and storage closet.
Upstairs are three bedrooms as well as an open nook area, perfect for cozy
reading, or for the kids to play with magna-tiles and Duplos. The primary
bedroom features a California king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large
tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed
w/ a large closet and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for
children (foam bumpers for these beds are in the bedroom’s closet if
needed.) Off street parking and a fenced yard make for a comfortable and
convenient stay, as well as two indigenous Live Oak trees in the front and
back of the house. The brand new private back patio includes a gorgeous
dining and entertaining area, underneath dimmable bistro lights just steps
from the covered wrap-around back porch with porch swing, sitting area,
dimmable lights and ceiling fans.
This home is just blocks from a wonderful park, Little Stacey park, and
during the spring/summer months, the Little Stacey Wading pool. Perfect for
young kids.

Summary: Excellent location, quality built and nicely decorated - lovely back porch with swing. Well equipped kitchen and everything we needed/tried did work. They need to buy a wine opener - the only one we found was old and didn't work well.Only the 1 large bedroom has private large bath. But the bahroom downstairs has a tub/shower combo.I sent a very direct question BEFORE BOOKING to the management regarding feathers and/or down because I am allergic to both. They stated that all pillows were made of foam. The pillows on the bed I slept on were not feather or down but they are awful pillows. Unusually high and round and not comfortable.More importantly, the entire sofa in the living room on the first floor is made of feathers. All the throw pillows downstairs and upstairs sofa are also feather. I sat in the room for about an hour before realizing and developed symptoms right away i was sick the whole weekend with the allergic reaction I would've avoided had I been told. I contacted management multiple times while they "checked" with the owners. I received an apology
