This is a brand new, family-friendly townhome located in the right in the heart of South Philly only a block off of Philadelphia's infamous Broad Street. Greet your space welcomed by one car parking.
Open up to the first floor to a sun drenched open living quarters featuring large living room, dining area and gourmet chef's kitchen.
Descend to the lower level to find your first master suite. Secluded and private.
Next, explore the second level with two spacious light filled bedrooms sharing a hall bath. Each bedroom has an ultra thick plush mattress.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bath and private balcony to enjoy. The ultra thick plush king mattress is perfect for a good night's sleep after a night out in the magic of the city.
