Positive: The room was huge and had updated appliances
Negative: They changed how much they charged me without telling me. Adding a pet fee for a pre arranged ESA. The lady helped remove the fee. I also was not informed of the additional vehicle fee when I was given the second window flyer for it. It just showed up on my bill. Honestly the evening lady with long dark hair isn’t very welcoming or communicative. She’s not rude but not quite hospitable. Not sure if it was because we didn’t look like the usual guests or what but we felt like we were being watched when we took the dog to the bathroom. The early morning lady with curly orange hair was amazing.
Summary: Clean, comfy but awkward.
