Son Tresco, Charming Stone Country house with pool near the village of Buger, located in a quiet area overlooking the countryside and the 'Serra de Tramuntana' mountains.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is distributed as follows:
Ground floor living-dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen next to the living room, three double bedrooms, one with double bed and the second and third bedroom with separate beds and two complete bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other one with shower-cabin.
Upstairs there is a large living room, two bedrooms, one double with two single beds and one triple with three single beds and a complete bathroom with bathtub.
The property is equipped with air conditioning in 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor).
It has a table tennis table and various board games, TV SAT, internet wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, fans and fireplace.
Outside there is a pleasant and spacious porch facing the gardens and the swimming pool surrounded by a generous lawn and outdoor shower and barbecue area.
The village of Búger is the smallest municipality of Mallorca and is situated between the municipalities of Campanet, Sa Pobla and very close to Alcudia.
The bay of Pollensa and its beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Llenaire, Cala San Vicente are only 15-20 minutes away by car and in the bay of Alcudia with its 19 km of white sand and shallow waters are the beaches of Alcudia, Puerto Alcudia, Playas de Muro, Es Comú, in front of the natural park of S'Albufera, Càn Picafort. For golf players the two nearest golf courses are Pollensa Golf and Aucanada Golf Club.
