Positive: Nice tidy home with all amenities provided.
Negative: Unavailability of hot water ruined our stay. Calls & SMS’s to Vicasa were useless. They referred the issue to their local manager who never bothered to call back or send a repair man. Even a call to booking didn’t help. Not being able to shower for two days is completely unacceptable! I expect Booking.com to reach to me and offer some kind of compensation.
Summary: Nice home but was ruined by the unavailability of hot water
