Kitchen is stocked with everything you might need or want to cook with. There are four beds room, three of the rooms have their own queen beds. The fourth has bunk beds w/ three mattress. There is a high chair, pack n play, and queen blow up mattress. Large deck with seating to enjoy your coffee, basketball court and plenty of room for the kids to explore.
