Our remarkable home boasting 3000 sq ft of indoor space and an incredible outdoor area featuring a resort-style pool with a slide. Host unforgettable family functions in the inviting covered seating area, complete with a gas grill and two separate dining spaces. This unforgettable place offers endless possibilities for creating cherished experiences. Inside, revel in 5 bedrooms (including a loft and private living room) with stunning views, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and a remarkable dining space. It's a versatile haven that caters to all your needs. Nestled in an oasis, it offers proximity to everything you desire. Delight in exploring the abundant wildlife on the grounds or venture to downtown Clematis Street and Cityplace for dinner and a comedy show. Experience the best of both worlds!
This property features 4 true bedrooms, plus a loft that is setup as a bedroom and a second private living room that can be made up as a bedroom. With the two extra spaces, it brings the total count to 6 bedrooms.
The downstairs also has the option of being completely private - great for multiple families traveling together. Downstairs is a 1 bedroom, living area, and kitchenette, and dining area.
The home has an upper floor which is the main house, and the large master bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed with pristine linens and en- suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Sit on one of the three porches on the top floor and look out over the pool on one balcony, or enjoy dinner on the patio.
The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, sleeping 2, as well as a futon to sleep 1. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and a futon. The loft features a queen bed and a futon.
The home is very child friendly and wonderful for families! Included in the home is a pack and play which can be moved between rooms. We also have safety railings for the stairs.
A fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill offer everything needed for an after-beach gathering or cook-out at sunset. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking, and the gorgeous dining area is perfect for entertaining with style.
Spacious living areas provide unfettered comforts, room, and privacy for a group or family of up to 15.

Just 15 minutes away from the beach and popular destinations such as the Int. Polo Club, Downtown WPB, and PBI Airport.

GUEST COUNT
- If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the amount allowed at the property, no exceptions.
MUSIC & SPEAKERS
- The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls. Violations. West Palm Beach is very strict with Airbnb guests. Their number one goal is to maintain the sanctity of the neighborhoods in which the locals live. We have a strict no outside music policy from 8PM-8AM and this is strictly enforced. If for any reason, there is a noise disturbance reported, all occupants will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund. We just want to make you aware and ask that you please be abide by these requirements.
SECURITY CAMERAS
- *We have security cameras that are operational on the property in the outside areas. Please note that if cameras are tampered with or for whatever reason are not operating, we reserve the right to come to the property to correct the issue*
OUTSIDE VENDORS
- Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guests rule. APPROVED Vendors: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys.
PARKING
- No more than 6 cars allowed per booking. 2 can park in the driveway and 2 in front of the home. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING HOMES.
NO CONFETTI or GLITTER!
- No confetti or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. For the love of god, please no confetti or glitter of any type. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside or outside the home. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking.
PETS:
Only 2 dogs/ pets allowed max on the property. We require a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 to be assessed. Guests are required to clean up after dogs using waste disposal bags provided. Please notify us that you are bringing the animals prior to arrival.
We love our Mother Earth! Please be conscious to turn off lights when departing the home or not in use as well as usage of water and towels :)
Please note there are Security Cameras on the outside of the property for the safety of the property and our guests. Upon booking this home guest acknowledges there are security cameras in the property.
**Pool Heating:
If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know 24 hours in advance! There is a $70 charge per day to heat the pool.

Summary: The whole family had fun at this property. The pool is amazing and a great place to spend the sunny days. The house had everything we needed including plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. It also had plenty of room for all of us as well as enough bathrooms for all. The only downfall was there wasn’t a great place to take walks due to the odd neighborhood. Other than that, we appreciate the quick communication and overall we were very satisfied with the property.
